Jessica Jones

Jessica leads Asset Management and co-leads Portfolio Management for Civicap Partners. With over 20 years of experience in multifamily development and operations, Jessica plays a crucial role in managing the operational and financial performance of Civicap’s growing portfolio of assets. Jessica’s responsibilities cover both new developments and stabilized properties, with duties spanning the entire life cycle of assets from underwriting and analysis to supporting development, construction, lease-up, stabilization, and ongoing operations. Jessica is responsible for setting and implementing asset-level and portfolio-level strategies.

Before joining Civicap, Jessica served as the Director of Asset Management for Alamo Manhattan, a privately held development firm focused on the development of luxury assets in Texas and the Pacific Northwest. During her tenure, she was responsible for the successful lease-up and disposition of a portfolio valued at over $1B. In addition to her professional responsibilities, Jessica is actively involved in her community.

Jessica received her bachelor’s degree in real estate finance from Southern Methodist University.
