William Estes

William serves as Vice President of Development at Civicap. William leads the development administration of Civicap’s in-house development. He is actively engaged through all stages of Civicap’s in-house development investments, including sourcing, underwriting, engaging third-party consultants, financing, and ongoing administration and management.

 

Before joining Civicap, William worked as a Development Associate with Trinsic Residential Group, a multifamily development firm based in Dallas, Texas. He was involved in development and acquisition activities across Dallas-Fort Worth during his tenure. Previously William was a Development Associate at Crescent Communities, a real estate development and investment firm in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this position, he assisted in developing mixed-use and multifamily assets across Texas. Throughout his career, William has been involved in the land acquisition, development process, and disposition of over 4,300 multifamily units.

 

William started his career as a Relationship Manager with Frost Bank in Houston, Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Texas A&M University.
