Carla Glover

Carla supports the finance, accounting, and fund reporting functions of Civicap Partners.

Before joining Civicap, Carla was an Accounting Manager at McNair Interests where she reviewed and analyzed monthly and quarterly financial statements for 50+ legal entities. She was responsible for a team of accounting specialists who performed various accounting functions including payables, receivables, general ledger entries and reconciliations across all accounts. Carla was instrumental in the successful implementation of a new accounting software and payables management system.

Carla also worked at TIAA Endowment & Philanthropic Services as a Senior Investment Accountant where she was responsible for oversight of monthly financial statements for both clients and private fund-of-funds. Additionally, she provided support for operations, trade execution and cash management.

Carla began her career as an auditor at Deloitte Houston. She is a licensed Texas CPA and holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Texas State University.
