Ellison Mudanza

Prior to joining Civicap, Ellison was an Acquisitions Analyst at CBRE Investment Management, a global real-assets investor-operator and the real estate investment subsidiary of CBRE. He focused primarily on the underwriting, due diligence, and closing of conventional multifamily apartments in the four main Texas markets and student housing assets across the US. During his time at CBRE IM, Ellison assisted in the acquisition of over $1 billion in gross asset value.

Ellison serves as an alumni advisor for the Undergraduate Real Estate Scholars, the premier real estate organization at the University of Houston. They provide students with foundational skills and knowledge needed to secure positions in commercial real estate. He is also a long-time volunteer at St. John Neumann Catholic Church.

Ellison received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of Houston.
