Greg Jones

Greg leads the Real Estate and Development functions of Civicap Partners.

Before joining Civicap, Greg was a Partner at Phoenix Property Company, a diversified real estate development and investment firm based in Dallas, Texas. Greg focused on the development and acquisition of multi-family properties and was responsible for all aspects of the transactions. Additionally, Greg created the investment strategy and directed all activity of an investment fund business capitalized by German institutional investors that developed and acquired multi-family, office and retail properties throughout the United States. Prior to Phoenix Property Company, Greg was Managing Director of Trinsic Residential Group, at the time a startup multi-family merchant build company. Greg handled the sourcing and structuring of all capital for transactions as well as participated in directing the investment strategy of the organization. Greg has also held positions with Lincoln Property Company and Trammell Crow Company. With 29 years of experience in the real estate industry, Greg has completed more than $3.5 billion of transactions.

Greg’s community activities include membership in the Salesmanship Club of Dallas, a charitable organization supporting Momentous Institute which builds and repairs social and emotional health for children and families through education, therapeutic programs, training and research.

Greg holds a BBA in Finance from Baylor University.
