Greg Jones

Partner

Greg is a Partner with Civicap, and is responsible for investment strategy and management, and oversees all of Civicap’s in-house and affiliate development. Before joining Civicap, Greg was a Partner at Phoenix Property Company, a diversified real estate development and investment firm based in Dallas, Texas. Greg focused on the development and acquisition of multifamily properties. Additionally, Greg led the strategy formation and execution of all investment activity for a German institutional client that developed and acquired multifamily, office, and retail properties throughout the United States. Prior to Phoenix Property Company, Greg was Managing Director of Trinsic Residential Group, a multifamily merchant build platform, where Greg led sourcing and structuring of all transaction capital as well as participating in investment strategy formation. Greg has held positions with Lincoln Property Company and Trammell Crow Company and has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Greg’s community activities include membership in the Salesmanship Club of Dallas, a charitable organization supporting Momentous Institute which builds and repairs social and emotional health for children and families through education, therapeutic programs, training and research.

Greg holds a BBA in Finance from Baylor University.
