Jesse Madigan

Co-Founder and Partner of Civicap Partners

Prior to founding Civicap Partners, Jesse was Vice President at Wingate Partners, a Dallas-based private equity firm with 30 years of 1st quartile performance. Wingate Partners focused on turnaround investments in industrial and logistics businesses. Jesse served as an active board member, engaged in ongoing portfolio company oversight, acquisition execution, and operational performance improvement. Prior to Wingate, Jesse led client engagements on behalf of the Financial Markets Advisory (“FMA”) team of BlackRock, a special situation group managing over $100B AUM of mortgage-backed securities. FMA was established in 2008 to address the unique global challenges that arose as a consequence of the financial crisis.

During his free time, Jesse serves as a member of the NationSwell Council. The NationSwell Council is a membership community of service-minded leaders.

Jesse began his career as a business analyst with McKinsey&Company and holds a BA from Princeton University.
