Nick Gonzales

Nick serves as CFO and provides leadership and oversight for Civicap Partner’s finance, accounting, and reporting functions, as well as serving as co-lead for portfolio management. Across his roles, Nick is responsible for financial management and oversight, risk management, performance tracking, and compliance. Nick is a key contributor to portfolio and firm strategy and assists with investor communication and inquiries.

 

Before joining Civicap Partners, Nick worked as a Relationship Manager at TIAA Endowment & Philanthropic Services. TIAA Endowment & Philanthropic Services is TIAA’s OCIO business with over $3 billion in assets under management. In that role, Nick managed client relationships for endowments and foundations, as well as TIAA’s general account, partnering with clients on investment reporting, asset allocation, and third-party investment administration. Nick was promoted to Relationship Manager after two years as Manager of Investment Accounting where he was responsible for client, fund, and corporate accounting. Before that role, Nick worked forTIAA’s Global Real Estate Division as a Senior Investment Accountant where he had responsibility for a multi-family portfolio of over $1 billion in assets under management.

 

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from Belmont University.
