William Estes

William helps lead Civicap’s in-house development, including all aspects of underwriting, financing, and development administration.

Prior to joining Civicap, William was a Development Associate with Trinsic Residential Group, a multifamily merchant build firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas. William shared responsibility for development and acquisition activities across Dallas – Fort Worth. Previously, William was a Development Associate at Crescent Communities, a diversified real estate development and investment firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina. William assisted in the development of multifamily and mixed-use assets across Texas. Over the last four years, William has been involved in the land acquisition, development process and disposition of over 3,400 multifamily units.

William began his career as a Relationship Manager with Frost Bank in Houston, Texas and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Texas A&M University.
